NSW: Show wraps up with bumper figures
Sydney's country cousins are packing up and heading back to the bush .. as the Royal
Easter Show wraps up today for another year.
Despite the tough economic times .. about 900-thousand people attended the show at
Sydney's Olympic Park over its 14 days .. almost 100-thousand more than last year.
Showgoers went home with full stomachs and empty wallets .. having eaten 109-thousand
dagwood dogs .. almost 35-thousand corn cobs .. more than 34-thousand scones and buying
1.65 million showbags.
