SA: Labor says Premier and minister at odds over Le Mans future

The South Australian opposition says it wants the state government to clear up confusion
over the future of the Le Mans race.

Shadow Treasurer KEVIN FOLEY says while Premier JOHN OLSEN was closing the door on
the future of the race in Adelaide, his tourism minister JOAN HALL was talking about the
possibility of future races.

Mr OLSEN announced the decision yesterday not to pursue an option for further Le Mans
events so the government could free up about $8 million of taxpayer funds.
